Using this website

[to be reviewed by counsel]

You are welcome to use this website to learn about our programmes, find events, download guides and get in touch.

Please use it fairly. Do not:

  • try to break, overload or get past the security of the website or its forms
  • send spam, false information or harmful code through our forms
  • pretend to be someone else, or claim to speak for Mogtama3 or HAiCapita
  • copy our pages in a way that misleads people about who we are

Event registration is for adults. Schools book sessions for their students directly. Our safeguarding policy explains how we keep young people safe.

At our events and in our online spaces, our code of conduct applies.

We want everyone to be able to use this website. If something does not work for you, our accessibility statement explains how to tell us.

Our content

[to be reviewed by counsel]

We make our guides to be shared. The more people who read them, the better.

You may copy, print and share our guides free of charge for non-commercial use. Please name Mogtama3 as the source. [licence to confirm]

Yes, please

  • Share them with family, friends and neighbours
  • Use them in a free class, club or community session
  • Print copies for a school, library or community centre

Please don’t

  • Sell them, or charge people to read them

This permission does not cover the Mogtama3 and HAiCapita names and logos, or our programme marks. Please ask us before you use them. For news coverage, use the logo files and guidance in our press kit.

The photos of Egyptian places on this website come from Wikimedia Commons. Each one carries its own credit and licence.

Your content

[to be reviewed by counsel]

When you fill in one of our forms, you share information with us. We ask only for what we need.

That happens, for example, when you register for an event, sign up for our newsletter or send us a message.

  • Our forms never ask about a disability or a diagnosis.
  • Access requests, such as sign language interpretation or a step-free route, are optional. You never need to give a reason, and we delete them after use.
  • Every form has a consent box, and we never tick it for you.

Please send only information that is true and that is yours to share. Do not send other people’s personal details without their permission.

Our privacy notice explains what each form collects, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

No sales

[to be reviewed by counsel]

Mogtama3 exists for the public good, not to sell you anything.

Public good first

Our community sessions are free of sales pitches.

We never promote HAiCapita products at them. You come to learn, not to be sold to.

This website has no ad trackers, and we never sell your data.

If anyone uses a Mogtama3 event, or our name, to sell you something, please tell us at [email protected].

These terms are published in Arabic, English, French and Portuguese. If the versions ever differ, [the version that prevails, counsel to confirm] applies.

Changes to these terms

[to be reviewed by counsel]

We may update these terms when our website, our programmes or the law changes.

When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change affects how you use the website, we will explain it in plain words at the top of this page.

If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
