Our sessions are free of sales pitches. We never promote HAiCapita products at them.
Our code of conduct covers every event and every online space: respect for everyone, and zero tolerance for harassment. It explains how to report a problem, at the event or online, and what happens next.
We photograph only people who agree; ask for a no-photo badge.
Need an access feature? Ask when you register. No reason needed.
You can ask for things like sign language interpretation or a step-free route. Requests are optional, and we delete them after the event.
