the wedjat: watchfulness and protection
We keep the same watch over the data you trust us with.
Mogtama3 is the social arm of HAiCapita, a company that builds AI-native governance, risk and cybersecurity technology. Mogtama3 puts the same people and expertise to work for society.
We run five community programmes, starting in Egypt: Dafa (warmth), Wa3i (awareness), Geel (generation), Hemma (determination) and Mizan (balance). This notice covers the personal data you give us on this website, mogtama3.com, and on the Dafa holding page at dafa.mogtama3.com. We are responsible for that data.
Each form on this site asks only for what it needs to do its job. Here is what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the legal basis we rely on.
Our promise on every form: it collects only what it needs, its consent box starts unticked, and it links to this notice. We rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Backups: once a day, we back up our database, which holds what you send us through our forms, and the files our team uploads to this website. Each backup copy is kept on the same server as the website, in a folder that only the server administrator can read, for up to 14 days, and is then deleted. So information that we have deleted, or that has reached the end of the time we keep it, can remain in a backup copy for up to 14 days. Whether a copy is also kept away from this server, and for how long: [DPO to confirm offsite copy and its retention]
Some forms let you ask for an access feature or an adjustment, such as sign language interpretation, a step-free route or a quiet space. We want everyone to take part, so we keep these requests simple and small.
Leave it blank if you need nothing. Your place is the same either way.
Ask for what helps you. You never have to explain why.
We use your request only to arrange your support, then we delete it.
No form on this website asks about a disability or a diagnosis.
Health data is sensitive data under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law. We do not collect it. Anything you choose to tell us in an access request is used for that request only, and deleted after use.
[DPO to confirm how access requests are treated]
This website runs on Cloudflare. When you send a form, this is what happens to it.
Step 1
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. There is no puzzle to solve.
Step 2
Your answers pass straight to Mogtama3’s own system. Nothing is stored at the edge, on the Cloudflare servers that deliver this website.
Where your form data is processed, and whether it leaves Egypt: [DPO to confirm cross-border position]
To see which pages help people, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the public pages of this website only. It is cookieless: it counts visits without placing cookies on your device, so we do not need a cookie banner.
No ad trackers. We never sell your data.
There are no third-party trackers and no ad pixels on any page of this website.
Your language choice and display settings (larger text, high contrast and reduced motion) are remembered in your browser, so the site opens the way you left it. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020) gives you clear rights over your personal data. You can use any of them by writing to us.
Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy.

Ask us to delete your data. We will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Change your mind at any time. Unsubscribe, or send us a short email.
